Introduction
The Bikram method of Hatha Yoga is a series of 26 posture (asana) and two breathing exercises (pranayamas), which is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. It is a progressive workout in which each posture stretches and strengthens the muscles, ligaments and joints needed for the next posture.

The Bikram method stimulates the organs, glands and nerves, and provides fresh oxygenated blood to the body. The class also helps cultivate concentration, patience, determination and self-discipline.

Bikram yoga is done in a heated room to warm your muscles, prevent injury, allow a deeper workout, and cleanse your body by releasing toxins.

The class offers a challenging, effective, and rewarding practice that will increase flexibility, improve circulation, and help reduce stress. Students of all ages and levels of fitness will benefit from this total body workout.
